Residential Construction

This home was originally designed by Dennis Stevens, Frank Lloyd Wright's last protege and built in the early 80's.  Our mission was to bring the home into the modern age with out taking away from the original design of the structure. This included complete landscaping and oak forest restoration with native plantings.

We were given free reign on the transformation of this home. Interior designers worked with us to fill the home with the appropriate furnishings that matched the spa like feel of the house and the client's needs. Along with great design, we brought the house into the modern era by using thermally broken window system, energy efficient LED lighting, added insulation on the roof and doubled the thickness of the exterior walls. The home is also equipped with in wall (and ceiling) Bowers and Wilkens speakers controlled by Sonos sound system. Which makes it easy to entertain and to use.  We had our part in every phase of transforming this unique home in to a great home.
